Guerin de Vitré

Able Bodied Sailor, The North Star
Corsair Third Class

As a humble Huguenot clergyman in his native France, Guerin found himself ridiculed and even targeted for his religious beliefs. Seeking escape and refuge from potential death from persecution in his country, he was able to slip aboard a ship bound for the open sea…and freedom! Little did he know, however, that this ship, the Poison Moon, was a pirate ship. He was mercifully offered the option of joining their crew or being thrown overboard. He joined the crew as the Chaplain, as well as a scribe, and his life was spared. Since then, he has served on other ships in a similar capacity.
